10 Questions to Ask Before Dumping a Cheating Partner
Is it ever okay to continue a relationship with a cheating partner? This list explains why you need to think twice before sending them packing.
Cheating on someone is never, in any situation, a good thing to do. Sure, you’ve probably read the stories about how A cheated on B and how it brought them even closer together etc., but for the majority of us normal human beings, being cheated on by a loved one is nothing short of devastating.
In this situation, a typical reacion would be to throw all their possessions out of the front door, change the locks and telephone all mutual friends to begin your campaign of vengeful terror against them. Either that, or crawl into the corner of a darkened room, adopt the fetal position and cry yourself to
sleep. However, before ensuing upon the usual knee-jerk course of action and throwing their A$$es out in the street, you may want to think about whether the relationship is worth saving or not,
To dump or not to due
Let’s be honest, in most cases of infidelity, giving the offending half the old heave-ho is almost certainly the correct thing to do.
The common claim that when someone has cheated once, then they will cheat again, no matter how much they protest this, does seem to prove generally true. But there may be, just maybe, certain factors and certain arguments that lead you to decide that the relationship is worth saving. The following list then discusses several of the most important questions regarding this decision.
#1 When did they do it?
You could argue that this isn’t particularly important. Cheating is cheating, after all. But if the dirty deed was done quite some time ago, perhaps the very earliest stages of the relationship, with months or even years of coupled bliss in the interim period, then it might well be worth thinking twice about bringing the relationship to an end.
You could have felt quite differently about each other then. Perhaps it’s a relationship that blossomed later in time, rather than at the very beginning. However, if it happened the day before yesterday, then there isn’t much of a get-out clause available.
#2. Will It Happen Again?
This is a difficult one. Of course, the offending partner will protest against this one, unless they have balls the size of a small battleship, and there is little to indicate the truth of this. It would be nice to possess a crystal ball, but unfortunately most of us must rely on hindsight. The only real advice that can be given on this one is to weigh up the circµmstances.
If there are factors in their favor, such as a lack of sex, a ton of communication problems and so on, then you may be inclined to believe their protestations. However, if things in the relationship have been pretty good on the whole, and they still went out and cheated, who’s to say it won’t happen again.
#3 Did they ‘fess up?
There’s a lot to be said for someone who confesses the more insidious of their extra-curricular activities. It tells us three things. Firstly, that they have the courage of their convictions, and that’s an admirable quality in itself. Secondly, that you obviously mean so much to them, that it has been preying upon their minds and torturing them with guilt. Thirdly, that they’re an honest person whom you can possibly trust, when they tell you it won’t happen again. Definitely worth keeping in mind, although ultimately the decision is up to you.
#4 Was it just physical?
Again, the “she/he didn’t mean anything” card doesn’t really account for much. However, and I almost hesitate to put this forward, if it was one of those situations where they’ve been out on an office party, got a bit tipsy and some office sleaze or slapper has broken them down enough to get their wicked way, then it might be worth just rethinking the whole separation thing.
If that particular act of infidelity occurred on the back of a developing romantic relationship, well, that’s an entirely different kettle of fish. [Read: 10 things that happen when your partner cheats emotionally]
#5 How many times have they done it?
Was this the first time that you’ve found out about your other half cheating on you? Has it happened before? If the answer is yes, then I’m afraid you may be involved with a serial adulterer. They may protest against your insistence that it will happen again, and they may throw themselves at your feet and declare their undying love for you – and in their minds that would all be true.
However, the serial adulterer suffers from certain emotional imbalances, usually relating to abandonment issues, and the problem will not go away. Unless they can commit to getting psychological help, and you are willing to help them through, and it may not pay dividends even then, then the only remaining sensible course of action is to walk away.
#6 Was it with someone close to you?
Adultery in itself stinks of a lack of respect towards the injured party, but to commit the deed with someone close to them – a friend, colleague or even, horror of horrors, a sibling – takes the lack of respect issue to altogether new heights. Our advice here would be to walk away no matter what. Anyone who has that little respect for you can never be the solid lifelong partner that you deserve.
#7 Was it with someone of the same sex?
Now this is a difficult situation. You are told, either by your partner or by a third party, that they have been having a h0m0se xual affair – he with he or she with she. Of course, if you’re in a HomoSexual relationship with your partner, then you can just skip this pointer and move on to the next. However, if you are in an opposite se x relationship with them, but they have chosen to have a same se x affair, then there are three salient issues.
Firstly, do you care? Men especially seem to have little to no issue with their partners having a l€sbian affair. In fact, they might even be turned on by the very idea of it. Secondly, is it because they are bisexualal or because they are actually h0m0s€xual, and you never knew? If it’s the latter, it’s up to you how you handle it, but the relationship almost certainly has to come to an end, for your own Sanity's sake if nothing else. If it ends up that they are bisexual, then there may be some way you can talk this through between yourselves or with the help of a counselor.
Thirdly, does the gender of the person matter to you? Cheating is cheating after all, and you may decide to make your decision, irrespective of whether the third person in the triangle has tail or tush!
#8 Do they show remorse ?
You deserve this at least, surely? Someone who gets caught red-handed in a state of infidelity, if they truly love and respect you, should be absolutely devastated that they’ve hurt you in this way – and it should show.
If no remorse is show at all, then you really have to ask yourself what that other person actually feels for you, if anything. Of course, some players out there are consummate actors, and if the waterworks are just a little too readily on demand, and the theatrics a little too hyperbolic, then this could equally be a sign of a lack of remorse.
#9 What was the relationship like before? There is so much pressure on people to opt straight in for the dumping card when they discover their partner has cheated on them, but you really have to measure the facts based on your own experiences and intuition. If things have been just perfect for a longer time than you had ever dared to believe prior to your partner’s indiscretion, and if you really want to hold on to what you had, then, by all means, give it another chance.
This is your decision to ake and nobody else’s. The very fact you feel this way probably says a lot about the chances of it never happening again, if you can suffer the knowledge of that one blot on the romantic landscape.
#10 Can the relationship ever be the same? So your partner cheated on you with someone. They come straight home, confess everything, declare their love for you and tell you it was a mistake, that they’ll never do anything like it again – and you’re fairly sure you believe them.
However, even if you did believe them, even if everything was perfect eforehand and you think it will never happen again, if in your own mind you kno you’ll never be able to forgive them, then your relationship will never be the same again. Arguments will occur, the power dynamic will change – it just won’t be the same relationship that it once was. The question is, can you deal with it?
If you’ve been cheated on by a loved one, then the decision whether to dump them or not can only be yours. However, the questions above will hopefully give you the chance to reA$$ess if sepaation is the best course of action for you to pursue.

Yinka Quadri Returns To School, Actor Now OOU University Diploma Student.Veteran Nollywood actor Yinka Quadri has returned to school.Mr Quadri is currently studying Theatre Arts at Olabisi Onabanjo University in Ago Iwoye Ogun state.
In a quick chat with Encomium on Sunday, the actor said the diploma course will take six months to complete.
In his words:
Right now am in OOU studying theatre Arts. And of course, a Diploma course which lasts only six months. To say the truth, the experience has been wonderful and I am very happy about it.

Indoor Saturday✌

As for Kefty.... I was hmmmm!! Cant really say indoor
Well I woke up this morning cold so I was on bed for sometimes before I thought of getting up..and then I remembered today's Saturday,And we were given a particular duty from school to go and find out about a particular local traditional occupation "Ose funfun" "White local soap"
Me and my friend are those in chosen by my group to go find out about the soap.....
Fine I stood up,had my bath,ate and did other necessary things and moved on to my friends place where we actually snapped and from there moved on to the market that is said to have what we want....But on getting to this market we met our greatest surprise....
First we saw a group of people and explained ourselves to them only to be scared away by the huge amount as she told us that since we are students and that our lecturers too will still collect from us so we have to pay big....imagine
And this is how we walked round the market and the truth be told to us the soap is not available in our state...Ijebu Ode we would have to go else where to get what we want......so annoying but anyway that is that about the project right now I am at the Viewing centre seeing the match between Barcelona and Juventus and it's serzly making sense

◆◆◆◆Hmmm, as we all know that nothing good comes easy as also no sweet thing lasts forever and if it does expect side effects such as pile (Jedi Jedi ).etc
Well that is just by the way......Although I tormented him so much then as he was faced with so much threat,but still still I never went against our union, I was this faithful girl
Probably because he was damn patient with me and took what other guys wouldn't have taken,
But as time went on he became insecure because guys wouldn't stop and I think I did wrong too as I showed him too that if he failed at some things there are better guys out there who can't just wait for me to be out ta my relationship.. To me saying that was fun,I didn't know one way or the other I am preparing him for the future in the sense that I made him feel some day I will leave him
And because he doesn't want to be left pained he began to show less love,concern and attention
Then I called to his attention and begged for what seems to be wrong then things came back normal but then issues started arising so we talk today,fight tomorrow....
So funny of us.....because he was prone to his determination,
Again he stopped paying attention to my words and stories Damn!! It was painful we talked about it again and it got worse
On this day I actually needed him bad bad it happened this way,
On this day I woke you having menstrual pain that I was damn weak but I woke up to manage and at least cook something for my self then I heard this knock on my door...on opening the door I knew the day was a bad one. Because at opening the door I saw ???

Love Letter
Kefty never believed in love,probably because I have had encounter with enough guys on phone one way or the other,if not chat then probably social networks or so....
I never gave chance to those I saw because one day,they will ask for something I might not be able to give.
And the only guy I crushed on then that we both liked ourselves obviously didn't approach me because he felt I had a lot of guys because of my looks..lol
Anyways I actually started the chat when I left Sec.schools Then I was 16 and new to chat, then I lied to be in 200level Mass communication Bowen university,since that's where my sister schooled and I at least knew few about the school
This was how the phone relationships started as I dated a lot without seeing them and loved on........
It all continued till I met this guy 4years back after doing a lot for admission though........Then things changed from UNseriousness to seriousness that he even helped me with admission into the same school with him
I wouldn't lie,love to me changed meaning, I was damn drawn to him that I couldn't even love any other guy, I stopped playing on phone,I respected him though he was also scared and in secured (he might also be reading this too but ts true)
"I was so.o drawn to him and thought to myself there can't be any other Love anywhere again " I turned down all guys that comes my way at least in a day I have admirers and secret ones. I almost fell for some though, but this my love brought me back.
We went through a lot together for years,shared stupid,funny,crazy and serious stories, he even knows most of my admirers and chikers based on the trust level
God I fell so hard for him to even be my first serious boyfriend that I didn't even want his money set all I wanted was just love and attention which I got though............
................What a story huh?

Bimbo Thomas: 'Omo Ghetto' actress to open wine store
Investigations revealed that the wine store would be known
as Bimbally Wine shop and would stock various wines
from different connoisseurs around the world.
Omo Ghetto actress, Bimbo Thomas has concluded plans
to open her wine store in Lagos.
According to sources close to the actress, the wine store is
located in Ikeja and is expected to officially open for
business on Friday, May 10,2015.
It was further gathered that the actress had been working
on the wine store for a while but had kept her activities
close to her chest till recently when some of her colleagues
got wind of the Nikky character's new business frontiers.
Pulse investigation revealed that the wine store would be
known as Bimbally Wine shop and would stock various
wines from different connoisseurs around the world.

How to Do Allover Color
To get the exact results you want, pore over the
"before" shades on the box labels when shopping—
and make sure your starter color is a match.
Total Time Needed: About one hour
Step 1: Don't wash hair for two days before you dye
—you want your scalp's natural oils to act as a
barrier against irritation, says Clairol Professional
celebrity colorist Kiyah Wright. If you have
supersensitive skin, add a packet of Sweet'N Low to
the dye to help stop the drying effects of ammonia.
Step 2: Do a strand test first by applying color on a
small section. This will help you work out timing.
Your hair texture will factor in here: The finer it is,
the faster it'll lighten—you may need five to 10
minutes less than the box says; if you have coarse or
dry hair, you can go by the recommended time.
Step 3: Read, reread, and follow the box instructions
to a T. (Exception: Don't apply color from roots to
ends in one go; see step 4.)
Step 4: This tip helps get even color every time when
you're dyeing your whole head: First, apply dye a
half-inch away from your scalp and work toward
ends (the heat from your head makes the color
develop faster at the root). Then, halfway through
the processing time, go back and cover your roots.
